Dropkick Murphy’s Take to the Streets for the 2024 Fall NA Tour

We’ve come a long way from ZRockR making it back stage for Dropkick Murphy’s From Boston to Berkeley Tour, and now, after Ken Casey took back the frontman spot, he not only gave us a stellar Punk Rock Bowling headline set in 2023, but he also helped put together two Woody Guthrie inspired acoustic albums for the band that have been received incredibly well by fans and critics. They’re back for another round of gigs with none other than SoCal legends Pennywise, and if you thought election season couldn’t be any more chaotic, just wait for these pits!

It looks like Pennywise won’t be joining for the Las Vegas date though (and with certain festival announcements happening soon, one could only speculate as to why), so The Scratch will have a lot to make up for when they visit Brooklyn Bowl on October 6th. Make sure to check back for more info in other openers, and join everyone on Sunday the 6th to have a rowdy night with the boys, because they’re back and lookin for trouble!

More info and tickets can be found at the Brooklyn Bowl website- here:

By Vinnie Corcoran

Born and raised in Las Vegas, Vinnie has been around a variety of music his entire life. Early on he would love listening to show tunes from The Rat Pack with his grandpa and dancing around with his mom to her favorite disco hits from the 70's, but his life would change in 1999 when he borrowed a stack of cd's from his dad that included Led Zeppelin's II, Metallica's Ride the Lightning and Black Album, and Sublime's Greatest Hits. Armed with that music base and a newly revolutionized internet connection, Vinnie ventured in to the vast world of rock and roll and never looked back. In his teenage years he discovered the revolution of punk rock and still has not let it go, annually attending the Punk Rock Bowling festival and taking every chance he can to check out local and national acts at hole–in–the–wall venues during the week. Look for him near the pit or by the bar at your next show.
