Counting down the days until Visions of Atlantis hits Vegas on their Armada Over North America tour this April! I’ve been waiting for this. There’s just something about their music that makes you feel like you’re part of something bigger… like a pirate expedition. Epic, cinematic—all of it.
Clementine Delauney and Michele Guaitoli’s voices together are incredible. Add in Christian Douscha on guitar, Herbert Glos on bass, and Thomas Caser on drums, and all of a sudden, the stage transforms into a ship, there’s wind in your face, and you’re ready for whatever’s coming.
They kick off the tour April 2nd in Mechanicsburg, PA, and they’re hitting a ton of cities before docking in Dallas on April 29th. I’ll be catching them in Vegas on April 24th at The Usual Place. If you’ve seen Armada Live Over Europe, you already know this is gonna be something special. Plus, Municipal Waste is tagging along for some shows, so things might get a little wild.
And just to get personal for a second… Clocks is my daughter’s favorite song. We sing it together all the time, and when we do, it’s like time just… slows down. Everything feels still, in the best way. So even while I’m off living this adventure and singing along in the middle of all that energy, I’ll be bringing a little piece of her with me.
Vegas, I hope you’re ready… I know I am.
