JINJER NORTH AMERICAN DUEL TOUR

Las Vegas, Nevada – July 24, 2026 – This is actually my first time seeing both bands live, Entheos and Jinjer have played here in Las Vegas multiple time over the years but I just never found myself at their shows as I do not really listen to their music except for maybe one song from Jinjer. I usually listen to a band’s music right before their show to engulf myself in their vibe and aura, but sometimes I also avoid listening to a band’s music as it sets an expectation and you really don’t want to leave disappointed because there are multiple factors as to why a band or artist can have an off day – nobody is perfect.

A band who put out an album 10 years ago isn’t going to sound the same today, and this is the part where you can appreciate how far a band has come in the evolution of their sound. With that being said, I was listening to Entheos music starting from the beginning of their discography of it being their “Primal” EP. It’s just so raw, genuine and honest technical and progressive death metal. If you were around listening to the uprise of technical and progressive deathcore bands in the 2010s from Sumerian Records, you’ll know what I’m talking about.

Chaney Crabb – singer of Entheos is a versatile vocalist with her disgusting lows to the ear-piercing high screams that she just absolutely nails live. Her presence is addicting as I couldn’t take my eyes off because of the way she moves around with doing vocals that sound way better than on records. It was beautiful to see hear Chaney bring up how it’s been an absolute blast supporting Jinjer’s headline tour across the country. I can’t relate but I can only imagine their bond with one another developed strongly over the course of the tour.

Their discography is definitely worth checking out, I ended up listening to “The Sinking Sun” on the way home after hearing it live, those chugs and breakdowns are addicting and I do love my breakdowns.

Entheos is set to release their new album titled “Empty On The Inside” on October 23 this year, do not sleep on this band.

I think I lost count on how many times a band’s last stop on tour is Las Vegas, we are so lucky to be the last show on tour. They didn’t have to stop in Las Vegas, but they did. There is obviously a demographic here, logistics and operation happen behind the scene but they easily could’ve skipped Vegas and have multiple shows in the LA area. I hope over the years this pattern continues because I’d rather this city be the last stop on a tour than have no show at all.

Jinjer is a progressive metalcore band coming all the way from Donetsk, Ukraine and I can’t express this enough but it is so incredibly expensive for a band to tour internationally. This tour they brought Entheos and Crystal Lake but sadly we do not get Crystal Lake this run, hopefully we see them again in Las Vegas soon.

My introduction to Jinjer was the song “Vortex” that was released through Napalm Records in 2021. This is probably the only song I am most familiar with from Jinjer, and vocalist Tatiana Shmayluk has such a captivating vocal rhythm when she projects her lyrics. No one comes to mind when I hear her voice and that is such a good thing because Tatiana has found her identity and she is distinct.

If you ever find yourself listening to Jinjer, this tour is in celebration and support of their 2025 album “Duel”. It’s heavy, its technical, it’s progressive, it’s got chugging and it’s got breakdowns. Green Serpent is definitely my favorite from that record so I was stoked to hear it live, along with their most streamed song across the board “Pisces”.

I usually put the remaining tour dates down below but seeing as we are technically the last stop before their festival appearance Warped Tour 2026 on July 25, that won’t be necessary.

We hope to see Jinjer return to Sin City soon.
