“Take Me to Church” artist Hozier played The Pearl Concert Theater inside of Las Vegas’ The Palms Casino on April , 2019.

Accompanied by his acoustic guitar throughout the show, the crowd could be heard singing along with the Irish artist, who at multiple times could be seen smiling at the crowd’s participation.

While he did have a full band with him, there were multiple moments where Hozier stood alone on the stage, serenading the crowd with nothing more than his guitar.

Hozier is not one to shy away from human rights issues, as the videos to accompany his songs have spoken out about LGBTQ hate crimes and domestic abuse. He did not shy away from his passion for humanity on stage at the Las Vegas show either, draping a rainbow flag, which has become a symbol of the LGBTQ community, over his shoulder after an audience member threw it on the stage, which became a highlight for the evening.

Hozier delivered an intimate set including songs “Cherry Wine”, “Wasteland, Baby”, and “Work Song”. Here’s hoping Vegas won’t have to wait for another 4 years for him to come back. We’ll be anxiously waiting.
