Skinny Puppy Delivers A Final Night to Remember in Denver!

Upon my arrival at the Denver Fillmore Auditorium, the Skinny Puppy crowd outside was amazing! Everyone was in such a great mood. The opening act was Paul Barker’s (bassist of Ministry) solo project called Lead into Gold. Paul recently released the side projects third album in April 2023.

Skinny Puppy executed a unique performance. 17 Songs were listed on the band’s setlist for the night including the classics like Rodent, Dig It and Assimilate.

As I walked through the crowd of fishnets and black leather, I remember seeing so many people singing and dancing. The lights at the Fillmore created an exciting atmosphere. The acoustics were amazing at that venue. It was a magical show that was fitted for all ages. I walked over to the merch booth to purchase tour t-shirts, a poster and a facemask, which is perfect for the Colorado Rockies. By the end of the night, the band had sold out of most of their farewell merch. Skinny Puppy has tour merch available on their website www.skinnypuppyofficialmerchandise.com

I just remember feeling bittersweet about the concert because I instantly became a big fan and felt that it was a special show for not only the band but for the true fans as well.  This was a sold-out final show.
