On April 20, 2025, I had the exciting opportunity to attend While She Sleeps’ concert at The Regent in Los Angeles, part of their highly anticipated North American tour. This tour is particularly special as it marks a comeback after the band was forced to cancel their first-ever headlining tour back in 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Starting in Cleveland, OH, on April 2nd and wrapping up in Charlotte, NC, on April 30th, this tour is a celebration of resilience and the power of music.
The show opened with performances from Bury Tomorrow and Vended, both of whom brought their A-game. Their high-energy sets did a great job of warming up the crowd, and their unique styles added depth to the overall experience. It was a perfect way to lead into While She Sleeps, and the audience was already hyped up for the headliners.
When While She Sleeps took the stage, the energy in the room skyrocketed. From the opening notes, it was clear this was going to be a fantastic night. The band performed an impressive setlist featuring tracks from their latest album, “Self Hell,” and the songs resonated strongly with the crowd.
As the concert concluded, I walked away feeling grateful for an unforgettable experience. While She Sleeps delivered a powerful performance that not only celebrated their new music but also the return of live shows after such challenging times. If you have the chance to catch While She Sleeps on this tour, I highly recommend it. This show embodies the spirit of perseverance in music—you won’t want to miss it!
