Finnish Love Metal’s own Ville Valo is coming back to Las Vegas, NV with his new solo project “VV” to the House of Blues on April 23rd.  He also follows that up with a brand new album entitled Neon NoirThe Neon Noir Tour started March 31 and will be playing a total of 31 shows throughout the United States.“VV” has already taken Europe by storm!

Ever since the disbandment of HIM in 2017, the former frontman has kept himself busy with different music projects including Ville Valo and The Agents, solo music in his native language, and covering ABBA’s “Knowing Me, Knowing You” with English guitarist MGT.

Neon Noir was released by Heartagram Records and features the singles “Loveletting”, “Neon Noir”, and “Echolocate Your Heart”.  My personal favorite track on the record is “Runaway from the Sun”, so I’m hoping it’s on the setlist!

If you were curious to know what the differences are between “VV” and “HIM”, Ville states, “Artistically speaking the main difference between HIM and VV is the extra line in the Heartagram, but what an exquisite line it is! It’s the Mamas and the Papas dressed up as Metallica on their way to a Halloween bash at the Studio 54, and now who wouldn’t want to witness that?”

If you haven’t bought your tickets or picked up the album yet, I highly suggest you do so!  You will not be disappointed by the beautiful “doom and gloom” of it all!

Christina Rosenfeld- Photographer- Hey guys! I'm Christina. I'm originally from New York but I gave up the snow for the sun and moved to Las Vegas. That happened about 5 years ago which is crazy. I've been a concert photographer for 5+ years. I love it regardless of it's challenges. I'm a fan of all genres of music but metal will always soothe my little black heart (especially with a "female front". I say that in quotes because it's a delicate subject). Fun fact: The Monkees were the first band I ever loved. I was 5 when I was introduced to them. They were also my first concert when I was 6. When I'm not photographing in the pit, I usually have my hands on someone's face. Fun fact: I'm an esthetician/makeup artist. I also enjoy them very much. I love making people feel their best. If you want to make me happy, give me a taco. See you at the next show \m/
